Below please find the group rates available for July 29th – August 2nd, 2009. There is a 2 night minimum stay required when a reservation includes a Saturday night. The deluxe expanded continental breakfast is served each morning in the Tahoe Room and is included in the special rates for our guests! There is a 10.07% + $2.00 per night city lodging tax and a mandatory charge of $1.08 per night per room for the in-room valuables safe. Our One Bedroom Suites have a separate bedroom with a king bed and a full kitchen and a living/dining room. Our Two Bedroom Suites have a king bed in the master bedroom, the second room has either a King Bed, or a Queen and Twin Bed, a second bathroom and full kitchen and a living/dining room. Both suites have a sofa sleeper in the living/dining room and additional rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night.
PRIVATE ROOM RENTAL
For your room rental needs we have our Sierra, Tallac, and Tahoe rooms. The fee for the room is $135 - 145 based on a minimum of 10 rooms booked. Room fees may increase if fewer rooms are booked.
Traditional hotel room with choice of a King bed or two double beds. Features a work table and two chairs, coffee maker, 27 inch cable television and air conditioning. Sleeps 2-4.

Rooms can be set a side in a block that we will hold specifically for your group and the different parties call and make their own reservations. This block can be held until 30 days prior to arrival. Once the block is released, guests can still book at the above group rate, but we do not guarantee that rooms will be available. When making their reservation, guests must pay a deposit of the first nights room and tax to confirm their reservation. Our cancellation policy is 7 days, so notification of cancellations or reduction of room nights must be received prior to that time for a refund of the deposit.
